1. Data Privacy & FERPA
TFI collects only de-identified, aggregate student data for research and evidence purposes. No PII is retained beyond the pilot without explicit written consent. School confirms data sharing occurs under its existing FERPA authority. TFI acts as a "school official" under FERPA.
2. Intellectual Property
The visual interface, Math Made Beautiful® methodology, and all platform content remain the exclusive IP of Tile Farm Inc. and Awairness Inc., protected under U.S. Patent. Pilot participation conveys no license to reproduce or commercialize TFI content. Student-generated artifacts remain property of the student and school; TFI may use anonymized versions with written permission.
3. Evidence Use & Attribution
TFI may use aggregate, de-identified outcome data in publications, grant applications, investor materials, and marketing. School will be identified by name only with prior written approval. TFI delivers a draft of any case study before publication and honors opt-out requests within 14 days.
4. Platform Access & Support
Full platform access is provided for the agreed pilot duration. Email support within 3 business days. Material changes communicated with 5 days' notice. Access terminates on the agreed end date unless extended in writing.
5. Onboarding Call Requirement
Platform access is provisioned only after the onboarding call is completed. The call must include a school administrator and the designated pilot lead. If scheduling conflicts arise, TFI will accommodate within 10 business days of agreement signing.
6. Reporting Obligations
Failure to provide anonymized pre/post assessment data or complete required surveys may result in exclusion from the formal impact report and case study. Make-up windows are available for documented conflicts.
7. No Endorsement Required
Pilot participation does not obligate the school to endorse TFI, purchase a subscription, or engage in any future commercial relationship. All testimonials and letters of support are voluntary.
8. Liability
TFI's liability is limited to fees paid. TFI is not responsible for outcomes attributable to implementation fidelity or external factors. Both parties agree to resolve disputes informally before pursuing formal remedies.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate with 10 business days' written notice. TFI provides all data collected in machine-readable format within 5 business days. All access is revoked concurrently.
